Q: Are religious and non-religious ceremonies available?
A; Yes! Chapel ministers and officiants are licensed to perform non-denominational religious ceremonies or non-religious (also known as Civil) ceremonies. Let your planner or ceremony coordinator know your preference.
Q: Do you perform ceremonies in foreign languages?
A: Yes. A foreign language-speaking minister or officiant is available for an additional charge starting at $150 and is based on availability. This upgrade must be secured at least 14 days before your confirmed ceremony. Please call or chat with your wedding planner for more information.
Q: Can we bring our own Officiant, Minister, or Elvis Impersonator?
A: We do not allow for any outside Ministers or any other type of Officiant. Only our licensed Officiants and Impersonators may conduct ceremonies. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Q: Do we need to bring a witness?
A: A witness is legally required for each marriage ceremony, but you do not need to provide one. One of your ceremony guests may act as your witness, or a member of our staff will happily sign your legal paperwork as your witness free of charge!
Q: Can we say our own Vows?
A: Yes, but we ask you please keep it short, sweet, and sentimental. We recommend a total of 3 - 5 lines or roughly 1 minute for each partner’s vows.
Q: Can our friends and family watch a livestream of the ceremony?
A: At this time, we do not offer ceremony livestreams. However, you or a guest may livestream your ceremony on the platform of your choice using your/their own cell phone.
Q: Can we choose our ceremony music?
A: No. Only traditional ceremony music is played at the beginning and end of your ceremony (i.e. walk down the aisle and exit as a couple). If you decide to have “Elvis” marry you, some packages include the impersonator performing one to three songs. In this case, we have a list of Elvis songs for you to choose from.
Q: Can we bring our own photographer?
A: Yes. While you are able to book a photo session with one of our professional photographers, you may bring your own photographer for no additional charge. We simply ask you and your photographer carefully review the
Chapel Policies Agreement here for more details and guidelines.
Q: Where can we take photos after the ceremony?
A: We do not guarantee any additional venue time for photography upon conclusion of the ceremony. We guarantee the ceremony timeframe only. In order to guarantee after-ceremony photo time and/or a popular photo venue (i.e. Elvis’ Pink Cadillac), you may purchase an additional timeslot immediately after your ceremony. Please call or chat with a wedding planner to upgrade your plan.
Please note: the Chapel prioritizes couples who have purchased a photo shoot with one of our staff photographers, especially during busy times.
Q: Can we book a photoshoot without having a ceremony?
A: Due to high demand, we do not allow photoshoots anywhere on our chapel grounds - or even on the sidewalks or other public spaces with our branding/signs in the background - without booking a ceremony with us. Furthermore, confirmed couples and outside photographers may not shoot photos on or around the property at a different time/day.
Please talk to your wedding planner about photo packages or bringing an outside photographer. We recommend carefully reviewing the
Chapel Policies Agreement here for more information.
Please note: if you are interested in shooting on or around our property for marketing purposes or business collaborations, please contact our Marketing Department at Marketing@LittleWhiteWeddingChapel.com.
Q: If we book a photographer through Little White Wedding Chapel, when can we view our photos?
A: Before your ceremony, your planner will help you schedule an online photo-viewing appointment. This typically happens 7 - 10 days after your ceremony, but can be scheduled later to accommodate travel plans, etc.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: You, and your guests, are welcome to dress as formally or as casual as you’d like. However, we strictly enforce that you must remain fully clothed at all times, as we welcome families and guests of all ages, and from all over the world. We love when couples and guests express their unique style, but please save the lingerie and almost-bare attire for your wedding night and/or honeymoon.
Q: Can you help with Hair and Makeup?
A: Absolutely! We can send a professional hair and/or makeup artist to your hotel room, or wherever you are getting ready. Contact your planner for more details and to add this enhancement to your plan.
Q: Is Little White Wedding Chapel wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes!
Q: After we’ve paid our deposit, when is the balance due?
A: Your final balance is due 14 days before your confirmed ceremony date. If the final balance is not paid on time, your ceremony is subject to cancellation.
Q: What if we need to reschedule our ceremony?
A: During the planning process, Little White Wedding Chapel offers one complimentary reschedule prior to the final balance due date (14 days before your ceremony). Any additional schedule changes to the venue, date, or time will result in a $100 fee.
If you choose to postpone your ceremony prior to your balance due date (more than 14 days before your ceremony), your payments may be transferable. Please review the
Chapel Policies Agreement here for more information.
Q: Are there any additional fees or gratuities?
A: We encourage all couples to provide a donation or gratuity to your minister or officiant on the day of your ceremony. The suggested amount of $40 - $60 covers the minister/officiant’s time and dedication to performing your ceremony. This can be given in cash directly to your minister/officiant, or added to your wedding costs and paid with credit or debit card in advance.
Finally, a surcharge of 19% will be added to all balances due, and Nevada State Sales Tax will be added to products and services as applicable. Please refer to our
Chapel Policies Agreement here for more information.
