Do you offer transportation for weddings?
We don’t sell transportation as a standalone service. Courtesy transportation is included with our Ultimate I Do package. If transportation is important to you, this is the package to ask your wedding planner about. View Ultimate I Do here.
How many people can ride, and are car seats provided?
Up to 6 passengers may ride. Car seats may be legally required but are not provided — children 57 inches or under and under 6 years of age must ride in a car seat provided by the wedding couple.
What time will our driver arrive?
Pickup is scheduled approximately 45–60 minutes before your ceremony, based on your package, location, and road conditions. The chapel coordinates directly with your driver to confirm exact timing. Please note that cell phone reception can be unreliable inside many hotels — we recommend waiting in your room for your driver’s call, who will confirm your exact pickup time and location.
Is a gratuity for the limo driver included?
No, gratuity is not included. Should you feel your driver exceeded expectations, the standard guidance is $40–50 per limousine for wedding day service.
What is the travel radius for courtesy transportation?
Courtesy transportation is available along Las Vegas Boulevard (the main Strip corridor), between the South Point Hotel and the Downtown area near Fremont Street. It is not available for residential addresses or locations outside this radius. Check with your wedding planner to confirm your hotel is within range.
When do we need to confirm our pickup and drop-off details?
Transportation details, including your desired pickup and return locations (if different), must be confirmed no later than 7 days before your ceremony. Due to the volume of transportation and ceremonies scheduled each day, pickup and drop-off locations cannot be changed on the day of your ceremony — please make sure your plans are firm in advance.
What happens if we miss our pickup?
Drivers operate on a tight schedule and are not permitted to wait past your scheduled pickup time. If you’re not at the pickup location on time, or the driver can’t locate you, the limo may be relocated or cancelled, and you’ll be responsible for arranging your own transportation. This may also require rescheduling your ceremony, subject to our standard $100 rescheduling fee. Please review the Chapel Policies Agreement for more information.
If we bring our own photographer, does that affect our transportation?
Yes. Your limousine return is coordinated through your chapel photographer’s checkout process. If you bring your own outside photographer instead, you’re responsible for checking in with chapel staff in the lobby 15 minutes after your ceremony to coordinate your limousine return.
